Arrival & Departure You will be asked to complete your Wellness Intake Form prior to your appointment. Additionally, questions will be asked to maintain our health standards before entering.
Punctuality Your punctuality is greatly appreciated and will enable us to provide consistent and courteous service to all of our clients each day.
Cancellations Due to our newly modified and limited schedules, any last minute cancellations or no-show appointments will incur a $35.00 fee. This was not an easy decision for us. In these uncertain times, we are striving to provide service to as many clients as safely and efficiently as possible. Advanced notice of a minimum of 24-hours is required.
